Standing at approximately 67 inches high, this punching bag is suitable for adults, kids, and teens between 47 and 70 inches tall.

Featuring a 360° shock and noise absorption rubber encased in foam, our punching bag provides a safe kicking experience. The base is made of a rounded ABS tank with 12 strong suction cups to prevent movement. Filled with sand or water, the base ensures stability during workouts.

Crafted with premium materials such as stainless steel tube stands, 2mm thickened PU leather striking surface, high-density EPE foam, and eco-friendly fabric, our punching bag is tear-resistant and offers rapid rebound capability. This ensures it can withstand intensive training sessions.

When you order our punching bag, the base and bag are shipped separately in two parcels. The base parcel includes two hand wraps and boxing gloves for added protection. If you receive only one parcel, please reach out to our customer service team.
